Terms of Use

Effective 3 November 2026

By using Dharma Sky, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may leave the site and avoid creating an account.

Educational and symbolic use

Dharma Sky provides astronomical calculations, traditional astrological interpretations, cultural information, and self-reflection tools. Astrological prediction has not been scientifically established as reliably predicting life events. Readings are not promises, certainties, or statements of fact about your future.

Do not use Dharma Sky as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, fertility, gambling, or emergency advice. Consult appropriately qualified professionals and use ordinary evidence, judgment, and safeguards for consequential decisions.

Accounts

You may sign in with Google or Facebook or continue as a guest. You are responsible for the provider account and device you use. Do not access another person's account or upload another person's sensitive birth information without a lawful basis and their permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, use it to harass or surveil another person, or present its symbolic outputs as professional or guaranteed predictions. Automated access must respect the service, applicable law, and published licences.

Accuracy and availability

We work to make calculations reproducible and disclose their settings and sources. Nevertheless, input errors, uncertain birth time, historical timezone law, place-data limitations, software defects, differing astrological traditions, and service interruptions can affect results. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or predictive accuracy.

Intellectual property and open source

The application includes open-source and attributed materials governed by their respective licences. The corresponding source and licence notices are linked from the site. Dharma Open School names, original visual identity, editorial text, and media remain subject to their applicable rights unless a file states otherwise.

Changes and termination

We may update the product or these terms, suspend abusive access, or discontinue a feature. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. You may stop using the product and request account deletion at any time.
