Account and data deletion

Clear data stored on your device

1. Open Dharma Sky.
2. Choose “My data” in the navigation.
3. Select “Clear local chart data.”
4. To remove locked forecasts and reviews as well, clear site data for sky.dharmaopenschool.com in your browser settings.

Local browser data cannot be removed by our server because it is stored on your device.

Delete your Dharma Sky account

Send an email from the address used for the account to ankit.indians@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Dharma Sky account. State whether you signed in with Google or Facebook. Do not send your password, access code, birth details, or identity documents.

We will use the signed-in email address only to locate and verify the request. After verification, we will delete the Dharma Sky authentication account and associated server-side records within 30 days, unless a limited record must be retained for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. We will confirm completion by email.

Disconnect the provider

Deleting a Dharma Sky account does not delete your Google or Facebook account. You may separately remove Dharma Sky from the connected-app settings in Google or Facebook. Removing provider access does not automatically clear data stored in your browser, so use the local-data steps above as well.

What the current release stores

For signed-in users, the authentication service may hold the provider account identifier, email address, name, profile image, provider identity metadata, session metadata, and security logs. Birth details and forecast reviews remain local in the current release and are not uploaded merely by signing in.
